About South Bend Popcorn Removal

We sample every popcorn ceiling before we scrape it, whatever year the house went up. If the lab finds asbestos, we stop and refer you to an IDEM-licensed abatement firm. If old paint is involved in a pre-1978 home, we test for lead too.

How a job runs

We visit, measure and take samples. You get a written price per room, the lab report and a schedule. On the work days we seal the room in plastic, scrape, repair, skim, sand, prime and paint. At the end we pull the plastic, vacuum, and walk the room with you.
